Our intuition of putting our vocation for craftsmanship and our industrial skills at the service of the luxury leather goods market and of innovative emerging brands and design was a success; a decision in which we continue to believe.
Today, the high quality of our products is combined with a large production capacity and considerable flexibility. More than 300 craftsmen and factory workers work on multiple production lines that can be implemented as needed. The automation of some tasks has in fact reduced the overall dimensions of the lines, freeing up spaces that can be equipped to be able to complete particularly large orders.
Cutting
The hides, also high quality ones, can be cut by hand by specialised personnel, using shears according to the traditional method, or by the latest generation computerised blade cutting machines for maximum precision and optimisation of the raw material.
Preparation of the semi-manufactured products
When preparing the semi-manufactured products (splitting, skiving and pre-assembly), traditional machines and robotised glueing machines using low environmental impact, eco-friendly glues are employed.
Assembly
The product assembly phase is carried out along various specialisation chains, all in the company: turned and inked edge, French-English piping...
During this phase, the manual expertise of the worker is superior to the most advanced technology, and machine use is minimised.
Quality control
During the quality control of the product, each item we make is subjected to scrupulous internal inspections according to our quality and testing protocol.
